This workshop is designed for senior management executives like Chairman, Managing Director, CEO, & Department Heads.
The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Shital Badshah. He has done PhD in the field of Leadership under the guidance of Dr. DM Pestonjee (Retd Professor of IIM Ahmedabad), and undergone certification program on Senior Executive Coaching from IIM Bangalore. He has successfully coached executives at Ford Motors, Jubilant LifeScience, ISRO, L&T, Suryam Group, Rajoo Engineers, BNI to name few.
Profile of Company:
The company should be operational for 10 years or having turnover of more than 50 Cr or having employee strengths of 100+.
The company can be from any industry.
The workshop can be conducted at company’s premise or any good location.
All the participants will have to undergo RT-PCR one day prior to the workshop.
The fees for the workshop is Rs. 60,000/- + GST (18%). The fees include teaching fees and material costs. In case, the company wants to arrange the workshop at any hotel or resorts, all additional costs to be borne by the company.
