Developing individuals for leadership development has always been an important task in organizations. Leadership qualities should be exhibited by the organization as a whole – not just by one person at the top. A continuous process of observing, orienting, deciding and acting needs to be followed by leaders at various levels in the organization.
Every organization needs to have different solutions and approach for leadership development; defining deepest concerns about it. Again, each stage of leadership brings new crises and challenges. They bring you struggle – but knowing what to expect can help you get through them.

The ACT Model:
ACT (Awareness, Choice, and Trust) is a model for improving focus and believing in one’s inner resources in order to make desired changes.
Appreciative Inquiry Model:
Used to establish a reflective and positive dialogue about what has worked well for you and in what circumstances. Uses the five-step process of “define, discover, dream, design, destiny” to help you “flourish.”
Cognitive Behavioral Change Technique:
Based on cognitive behavior therapy assumptions that perceptions influence actions and that changing one’s perceptions can lead to changes in behavior. Useful for developing executives in targeted areas of development.
Provides an analysis of stages or “webs of belief” which affect how you respond to feedback from others and how you define “self.” Used to help you become more self-authoring and self-revising in the definition of self.
Used to enhance transformative reflection and learning. Uses action learning questioning and reflection techniques to analyze real problems, situations, and critical incidents.
Focuses on the beliefs, values, and purposes of the executive, to help him or her to align his or her goals and actions with his or her values within a variety of specific contexts.
Challenging Deeply Held Assumptions Exercise:
Used to help you do a cost-benefit analysis of deeply held beliefs, declare limiting beliefs, and replace limiting beliefs with new positive ones. Asks you to identify your ten most important “moving toward” values as well as “moving away from” values, and the rules associated with each.
Core Coaching Techniques:
Powerful questions: used to clarify, uncover, and re-frame your assumptions, motivations, values, goals, and resistance to change factors, foster creativity, solve problems, and help innovate. Further, they are also used to show Empathy and Understanding, Active Listening, Strategizing, Messaging, Acknowledging, Mindfulness used throughout the coaching process in conjunction with powerful questions.
Feedback and Self-Disclosure Exercise:
Used to help you increase cross-cultural skills and self-awareness relating to feedback and self-disclosure cultural dimensions.
Used in behavioral change coaching to provide ideas for positive behavioral change that you can inculcate in the future, rather than reliving negative feedback from past behavior.
