Job Description:

  • Understand client’s requirements in detail
  • Carry out diagnostic meetings with key stakeholders within the organisation
  • Prepare forms and formats to measure requirements of clients
  • Design OD interventions at various levels
  • Prepare action plan for short term and long term
  • Implementing OD interventions involving concerned stakeholders at client organisation
  • Ensuring for measurable and non-measurable results
  • Ensuring successful completion of the projects


  • A person should have at least 10 years of experience in driving change management projects
  • Preferably HR background in transformation HR field
  • Ability to manage senior management executives and their expectations
  • Ability to understand dynamics within the organisation (spoken and unspoken)
  • Ready to travel across different parts of the state and country
  • Ability to deliver results as per client’s expectations
  • Ability to manage resistance at client’s workplace
  • Ready to travel across India as per the needs of the project

Trainer (Code: T1)

Job description:

  • To carry out Training Need Analysis at client’s place
  • Design and execute different forms and formats to assess training needs
  • Conducting business meetings with key stakeholders at client’s organisation
  • Design training programs and workshops as per needs
  • Identifying training methods as per the training needs, profiles of participants, time duration, and space availability
  • Deliver training program for middle managers and senior executives
  • Ensuring proper feedback for training programs from client


  • A person should have at least 5 years of experience as trainer
  • Undergone at least one certification on Train the Trainer (certificate from ISTD, NHRD, AHRD or any other reputed international training body will be preferred)
  • Thorough knowledge of adult learning
  • Fundamental understanding of leadership and team-building (we will provide advance training on these subjects)
  • Ability to design training program using innovative and engaging learning techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage difficult participants in training program
  • Ready to travel across India as per the needs of the project

Business Development Manager – Corporate (Code: B1)

Job Description:

  • Prepare strategy for developing business for our services (coaching, management consulting, and training)
  • Prepare monthly planning in line with yearly objectives
  • Identify prospective clients through various sources online and offline
  • Meeting prospective clients and making business presentations to them
  • Building relationship through systematic follow up with them
  • Develop relationship with reputed industries bodies like CII, FICCI, GCCI etc.
  • Develop relationship with key influencers and associates (non-competitive service providers)
  • Attend major events taking place in the city or state for networking
  • Generating business and meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets
  • Designing and executing different promotional events
  • Managing all social media platforms for regular updates


  • A person should have at least 5 years of experience in service industry
  • In depth awareness of Gujarat B2B market
  • Ability to make business presentations to senior management executives (Chairman, MD, CEO, HR & Training Heads)

  • Management graduate with excellent reading habit
  • Proficiency in English and Gujarati
  • Excellent command on Power Point Presentation
  • Analytical ability and keen business sense
  • Ability to understand the needs of the project, client’s requirements and identifying relevant material according to requirements
  • Candidates having RA experience at IIM, MICA, PDPU will be given preference.

Sales Support Executive (Code: S1)

Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly, weekly and daily list to approach prospective clients
  • Calling prospective clients on regular basis
  • Taking their appointments and scheduling in calendar
  • Sending them emails and carrying out follow up at regular intervals
  • Managing all social media platforms like Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Developing relationship with major industry associations, key influencers and non-competing service providers


  • At least 2 years of experience in similar profile
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Gujarati language
  • Tele caller at Service Industry will be given preference.
